Steak & Parmesan Tequeños

Beef steaks, parmesan cheese, flour, carrot, onion, peppers, tomato, celery, garlic confit, water, eggs, oil, paprika, peperoncini, white, red, green, black peppercorns

Pan Frying (Recommended)

Heat pan with a thin layer of oil over medium-high heat (160°C)

Toss some tequeños in the pan (don't overcrowd it)

​

Fry them for 3 min flipping them halfway through

​

 

Oven Baking
Preheat oven to 190ºC 

 

Brush the tequeños with oil

 

Bake them for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through

MAC & CHEESE Tequeños

Pasta, milk, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, flour, water, eggs, salt, black pepper, peperoncini

Pan Frying (Recommended)

PAO de QUEIJO

Oven Baking
Preheat oven to 180ºC 


Bake for between 20 - 30 min (watch carefully after 25 min, as time may vary depending on the oven)

​

Better without using convection

 

If using convection, bake for about 12 to 15 minutes

​​

Tapioca flour, mozzarella, parmesan, yellow cheese, milk, oil, salt, baking soda, baking powder

CHEDDAR BISCUITS

Oven Baking
Preheat oven to 175ºC 


Bake for between 25 - 35 min (watch carefully after 25 min, as time may vary depending on the oven)

​

Better without using convection

 

If using convection, bake for about 12 to 15 minutes

Flour, cheddar cheese, buttermilk, butter, egg, pepperoncini

Ginger & apricots cookies

Oven Baking
Preheat oven to 175ºC 


Bake for between 12 - 15 min

​

Until the bottom is brown

​​​

Whole wheat, molasses, ginger, butter, apricots, dark chocolate
